Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively generate and close new sales opportunities for limousine services, wedding transportation packages, and full event logistics.
- Manage the full sales cycle with new and existing customers, including consultations, customized proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event venues, corporate clients, and individual customers across the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State area.
- Staff Training & Development:
- Train existing sales and customer service staff on advanced phone sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, and relationship-building when interacting with new and existing customers.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions (both in-person and virtual) focused on consultative selling tailored to luxury limousine and wedding services.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Event Planning & Logistics Support:
- Leverage your event planning and logistics expertise to design and recommend high-end transportation solutions for weddings and special events.
- Collaborate with operations and wedding planning teams to ensure seamless execution from booking to service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to bundle transportation with additional wedding or event services.
- Customer Experience:
- Serve as a senior point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve our sales process and service offerings.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury services, hospitality, event planning, or transportation.
- Strong background in event planning and logistics (wedding industry experience is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in phone-based sales, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State (PA, NJ, DE) market is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients or conduct training sessions as needed.
- Hybrid work arrangement (combination of remote and on-site work in the Greater Philadelphia area).
